There are Lots of Things that Make a Racehorse Run Faster

by Al Badia,

There are lots of things that make a racehorse run faster: the shape and size of its body; how much power its muscles have; what kind of diet it has had; how long its legs are; how fast its heart beats; etc., etc., etc. All those factors come together to create kinetic energy, which is what makes a horse run fast.

When a racehorse runs fast, there’s more kinetic energy than when it runs slow—and that’s what makes them go faster!

The horse is in charge, and the jockey’s job is to guide it and keep it safe. The jockey doesn’t drive the horse or make it run faster—it’s all about the horse doing its thing. And we mean ALLLLLLL of its thing.
