Dubai Stud wins two golds, one bronze, and three averages among the top five
Dubai Arabian Horse Stud reaffirmed its global dominance at the conclusion of the first European leg of the fourth stage of the Arabian Horse Tour 2026, which concluded Friday evening at Port Hercules in Monaco, one of the most famous landmarks in the principality and the French Riviera. Dubai Arabian Horse Stud made history in the inaugural edition of the championship, adding a world-class event to the Arabian Horse Tour series, befitting its international reach and its commitment to exceptional destinations renowned for their elegance, uniqueness, and the ambiance that perfectly complements the prestige of Arabian horses worldwide. Like other championships in the Arabian Horse Tour and its international counterparts, which are ranked at the highest level according to ECAHO regulations, the championship was characterized by fierce competition among the world’s leading studs and the most beautiful purebred Arabian horses on the international stage.

In the presence of Dr. Ghanem Al Hajeri, Secretary General of the Emirates Equestrian Federation, and a host of prominent figures in the world of Arabian horses, Dubai Stud triumphed at the Monaco championships, securing the title of best stud in the competition. This achievement was based on the number of prestigious titles won – two gold and one bronze – and the high scores achieved by its horses competing among the top five in three strong categories. The stallion D Shahar claimed the championship title, winning the gold medal and outperforming a constellation of stallions with exceptional international qualities. D Shahar, sired by Excalibur EA and out of the internationally renowned mare D Shehana, achieved a remarkable score of 92.79 points. This accomplishment, coupled with his impressive record of winning titles and the excellence of his offspring, confirms his place among the pillar stallions of Dubai Stud. Following in D Shahar’s footsteps, the mare D Najla also claimed the title of Queen of the Championship, winning the gold medal among the most beautiful mares in the world. She is sired by the powerful prolific stallion D Siraj and out of the mare Elie Flamenca. D Najla is known for her global achievements in the most prestigious international championships over many years, where she has consistently demonstrated her exceptional beauty and femininity, placing her among the most beautiful mares. Dubai Stud added another bronze title to its Monaco stud’s collection in the Colts Championship, with the beautiful colt D Mazion, sired by D Fannan and out of the mare D Al Shahba, winning with a score of 91.57, after chasing the colt TM Emporio, who scored 91.89 points.
